Each user acknowledges that MakeupAnarchist.com is not liable for the conduct of any third party, member, or user and the risk involved rests entirely with each user.

What does this mean? It means that the content on MakeupAnarchist.com is not guaranteed to be accurate or reliable.  Anyone can post, and you don't know their honest age or experience level. Neither do we, and we are not liable for how information submitted by any member is used by any other member and what results from using that information.

User Behavior

1. Etiquette.  DO NOT TYPE YOUR ENTIRE POST IN ALL CAPS. This goes for titles and comments. For the first offense, you will receive a warning and your post will be edited. The second offense will result in a warning and deletion of your post. Any subsequent offenses will be deleted without warning and a limitation may be put on your account as determined by the Owner.

2. Language.  Type in English. Do not type your entire post in netspeak or leetspeak. A little here and there is acceptable. How much is too much? If the only words in your post that actually appear in the Merriam Webster English Dictionary are 2 letters or less or proper nouns, then that's too much. These posts are subject to the same consequences as RULE NUMBER ONE.

3. Material. No Pornography. No posts regarding any illegal or violent activity. Racism is not tolerated. Flaming is not tolerated. Personal attacks are not tolerated. Posting copyrighted material without permission of the Owner is not permitted.  Posts containing any of the aforementioned will be deleted without warning. A limit may be put on offenders' accounts as determined by the Owner.

4. SPAM.  SPAM is not accepted in any form.  Do not SPAM any pages including but not limited to forums/blogs/polls and do not send SPAM via the private messaging system. Offenders may have limits put on their accounts or the accounts may be banned as determined by the Owner.

5. Promoting.  You may not advertise your site at MakeupAnarchist.com without the permission of the Owner.  To ask permission, contact the Owner of MakeupAnarchist.com, and after a review of the site is conducted, you will receive a response as to whether you can link to your site on MakeupAnarchist.com and how to do so.

6. Email Addresses. The public posting of email addresses is prohibited.  Do not post your email address in any of the forums, pages, blogs, polls, etc. Any email addresses posted will be removed. This is to protect members from spamming. We have a private messaging system for a reason.

7. Personal Information.  Do not post personal information of other people such as full names, addresses, social security numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, phone number, etc.  Do not post full addresses, social security numbers, email addresses, or phone number of ANYONE including yourself. Posting your full name is highly discouraged.

8. Moderators.  I cannot be at the computer 24/7 and rely on my moderators (which are volunteering their time) to help me. Moderators help me keep the site clean and orderly and should be respected by all members.  Moderators are members just like everyone else and their opinions aren't necessarily the same as the Owner's.  If you think you are being treated unfairly by a moderator, do not post about it publicly; you may email the Owner at animestrinity@makeupanarchist.com and explain the situation and a resolution will be sought. You agree to NOT request to become a moderator.

Content Property Policy

Anything submitted on MakeupAnarchist.com becomes the property of MakeupAnarchist.com and may not be redistributed, reproduced, or used in any way without the permission of MakeupAnarchist.com.  This includes forum posts, comments, blogs, private messages, chats, and articles submitted. We retain the ability to modify, remove, or keep the content as we see fit.

You may not redistribute any submissions to MakeupAnarchist.com, whether by you or any other member, anywhere else without the permission of MakeupAnarchist.com.

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in termination of your account or being blocked from accessing MakeupAnarchist.com

Account Termination/ Content Deletion

You may not request cancellation of your account.  You may however request a different username if you wish to change it.

You MAY request your personal information to be removed from your account.

If your account is terminated or banned, you may not request to have access to it again, nor can you request a username change.

Any account may be terminated or blocked for any reasons deemed prudent by the Owner of MakeupAnarchist.com.

All submissions made by all accounts of MakeupAnarchist.com are the property of MakeupAnarchist.com. You may not request your posts to be removed or edited unless it is in breach of the MakeupAnarchist.com Terms of Service.

Data Collection

Cookies may be used in collecting information such as visited pages and user preferences.

Logging may be used to organize traffic on the site.

Monitoring

MakeupAnarchist.com reserves the right to monitor all activity and content on MakeupAnarchist.com to ensure there is no breach of the terms of service.

Your Information

Supplying false information to MakeupAnarchist.com is prohibited.

MakeupAnarchist.com does not sell your personal information.

Content regarding hacking

Content that violates the privacy of others

Content that is hateful, pornographic, obscene, or offensive

Content that is copyrighted

Freedom of Speech

MakeupAnarchist.com is a privately owned website. Freedom of Speech does not apply to private property. Although MakeupAnarchist.com encourages activity and discussions, the Owner reserves the right to modify or remove any content they choose at their own discretion.

MakeupAnarchist.com reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Service at any time for any reason with no warning.
